Terms of Service — The Cold Archive Uploader

Acceptance and scope

These terms govern the use of The Cold Archive Uploader, an internal tool operated by NovaZphere Solutions that uploads NovaZphere's own videos to YouTube channels it owns.

The tool is not offered, sold or distributed to the public. Only NovaZphere and its authorized personnel may use it, and by using it they accept these terms.

YouTube Terms of Service

This tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. NovaZphere's own handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy of The Cold Archive Uploader.

Permitted use and content responsibility

The tool may only be used to upload content that NovaZphere owns or is licensed to publish, in compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies.

NovaZphere is solely responsible for every video uploaded through the tool. Each video is reviewed before publication, and any AI-generated visuals or narration are disclosed using YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting.

Revoking access and termination

Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. NovaZphere may stop operating the tool at any time; in that case, stored access tokens are deleted within 30 days.

Disclaimer

The tool is provided as is, for internal use only, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NovaZphere is not liable for any interruption of the tool or of the YouTube API Services.
