Privacy Policy — The Cold Archive Uploader

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Overview

The Cold Archive Uploader is an internal tool operated by NovaZphere Solutions that uploads videos produced by NovaZphere to YouTube channels it owns, including The Cold Archive (@thecoldarch1ve).

The tool is not offered to the public. Its only users are NovaZphere's own Google accounts, and it accesses no data belonging to other people.

Information accessed

The tool requests a single Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, which only allows uploading videos to the authorized channel.

The only data it handles is the OAuth access and refresh token for NovaZphere's own channel, plus the video files and metadata NovaZphere itself creates. It does not read viewer data, comments, subscribers, analytics, or any other user's information.

How the information is used

The token is used solely to upload NovaZphere's videos and set their details: title, description, tags, category, privacy status, the made-for-kids setting and the altered or synthetic content disclosure.

No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing NovaZphere's own videos, and no data is sold.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored only on a single computer operated by NovaZphere, in an access-restricted folder. They are sent nowhere except to Google's own API endpoints, always over encrypted HTTPS connections.

No token or user data is stored on external servers or third-party services.

Sharing

NovaZphere does not share, sell, rent or transfer any data obtained through the YouTube API Services to third parties, except where required by law.

Retention and revoking access

Tokens are kept only while the tool is in use. If the tool is discontinued, all stored tokens are deleted within 30 days.

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the tool from uploading. Videos already published remain on YouTube and are governed by YouTube's own terms.

YouTube API Services and Google policies

This tool uses the YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube through this tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

NovaZphere's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes and contact

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
